We've been waiting what seems like forever to invite you out to the farm to enjoy the flowers! Grab your friends, a picnic blanket, and head to the flower field for a relaxing evening cutting your own flower bouquet. Take in the sights, smells, and enjoy connecting with nature and your loved ones!
We'll walk you through making your own arrangement in our mason jars! Everything you need for the flowers is included.
The flower farm is a perfect place for a private gathering, and a great choice for bridal showers, family events, baby showers, or other special occasions.
-Private events can be scheduled most Thursday-Sunday July-September. Dates are listed!
-Your event in the flowers fields is available for 2 hours. Additional time is available for $50/hour.
-All attendees will need to purchase a ticket (including children).
-We have a 5 person minimum and 20 person maximum.
-Workshop tickets are $37 per person. Your date will be reserved with a $150 deposit. Your deposit goes towards your final amount, with the remainder due on the day of the event.
It's imperative that you sign up for email communications for the farm at checkout. The box is already checked for you, so please leave it checked so that we can communicate with you about your session.

Private Pick Your Own Event Deposit
If we need to reshedule due to Kansas being well, Kansas, we'll reach out two hours prior to your event to reschedule.
We are unable to offer refunds for this event, but you may transfer your admission to a friend! Send us an email at thevailfamilyfarm@gmail.com to let us know who is coming in your place.
